Do you have a Disney Frozen bouncy castle / Superman bouncy castle / Peppa Pig bouncy castle?

We do not stock or supply Disney Frozen bouncy castles or soft play, Superman or Spiderman bouncy castles or any other bouncy castles or inflatables containing copyrighted images or logos. This is due to the fact that at this present time there are no UK manufacturers who hold a licence to produce Disney bouncy castles or soft play or any other popular cartoons and by supplying such units as Frozen bouncy castles we would be in breach of UK copyright rules and regulations.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We do not require a deposit for single private bouncy castle bookings. You can however pay in full in advance, if you would like to keep the party day free from distractions. We may require a deposit of up to 25% for larger bookings and corporate bookings.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, for private hires you can cancel your booking at any time up until the day before your booking. However, we ask you to let us know as soon as you know you will no longer require the castle. (We will accept cancellations on the morning of your booking in the event of unforeseen adverse weather conditions). For larger bookings we reserve the right to charge a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 30 days of your hire date.


Can I hire a bouncy castle to go indoors?

Yes, all our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor hire depending on the size of the hall. Our smallest castle is 9ft x 12ft and just 9ft high; we haven’t come across a hall it won’t fit in! Please double check the hall dimensions before booking a castle and specify that it is indoors at the time of booking, as we will need to provide sandbags in order to safely erect the castle. Can you stay and manage the castle?

Yes we can provide staff to manage your castle for any event. Please contact us for a quote.

Do I need to provide anything for the hire?

No all the equipment is supplied for you, all we ask is that there is a 240V power supply within 50 metres of where the equipment is to be situated and the site is clear with plenty of access.

I don’t have a power supply can I still hire a castle?

Yes, we can supply a generator for a small additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you set up all the equipment?

Yes, our bouncy castles, soft play, discos or zorbs will be delivered and erected for you, leaving you with nothing else to do but enjoy the fun.

Are your bouncy castles safe?

Yes, all our bouncy castles undergo a yearly safety check and conform to the British standard BS EN 14960 for inflatables and all electrical equipment undertakes a yearly PAT test. All our staff are fully trained to make sure your castle and accessories are safely erected and in perfect condition.

Do you hold public liability insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured for a liability of up to £5 million.

Are my credit card payments secure?

Yes, we use a payment gateway that is fully PCI compliant. This means that all payments are sent through a secure server and neither us, or anybody else, has access to your personal details.

Can the bouncy castles go outside on a hard surface?

We can provide a castle on a hard standing surface for an additional charge. If your castle is to be placed outside on hard standing please contact us for a quote.

What if it rains?

Many of our bouncy castles are fitted with a shower cover, so can be used in light rain and all our electrical equipment is ip44 rated. Please note that in the event of heavy rain, the bouncy castles will become unsafe to operate and should not be used.

How long do I get the equipment for?

All of our bouncy castle hires are up to a maximum of 7 hours run time. We are very flexible and can arrange deliveries and collections to suit your needs.

Can I hire a bouncy castle overnight?

Yes, our castles are available for overnight hires during the summer for an additional £30.00

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
