We do hold a bad weather policy. Our castles are fitted with a sewn in shower cover! But if the weather is really bad then cancellation up to the morning of your hire is fine with no charge

Yes this is possible. All we ask is that you deflate the bouncy castle and cover it along with the blower and all accessories. We will provide protective sheet for you to do this! Over night bouncy castle hire incurs a slight extra cost and will require a deposit.

Our smallest castle is a 12x12" it is ideal for a garden and its small enough to go inside a hall. But you do need a height clearance of 10 feet for this.

We can have a member of our staff stay and operate the castle to manage crowd control if requested, but an extra charge will occur for this.

All our castles come with a fitted rain cover. We will also provide you with covers for electric appliances in light rain conditions. Don't forget we also have a bad weather policy. Cancellations are allowed with no fee due to bad weather.

All our castles are now all PIPA tested. This is an in depth inspection needed every 12 months on a castle. A bit like a bouncy castle MOT! It proves our castles are up to scratch in all aspects of health and safety. PIPA is a like being a corgi registered plummer. But for bouncy castles of course. PIPA is the only bouncy castle inspection recconised by the HSE.

All of our electrical equipment have been PAT tested! All our castles are fully BSEN 14960 compliant.
